To reach the Ancient High House, guests must travel West on the A518 towards Stafford. Follow signs to town centre, the High House is signposted and located on Greengate Street. (~Maps of Uttoxeter and the West Midlands~)
 
Built in 1595, the Ancient High House has been fully restored to reveal a fascinating story of its history and why King Charles the First stayed there. Embark on a journey from the Elizabethan days, through the Civil War era to Victorian times.
